Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana will create a statewide movement that goes beyond merely making Louisianans aware of the issue of child abuse and neglect, but engages people to act to prevent it from ever happening in the first place. We will achieve this by developing and implementing Prevent Child Abuse America’s new national signature campaign built around pinwheels.
Agencies, organizations, businesses, corporations, hospitals, churches, universities, schools and other entities are invited to participate in the statewide campaign by becoming a sponsor and “planting” a portion of the 25,000 pinwheels that will be on display throughout the state.
