PCA Louisiana appoints new Chair of the Board of Directors

Vickie Harris is the new chair of the Board of Directors of Prevent Child Abuse (PCA) Louisiana. Harris, a long time supporter of and volunteer for the organization, is the owner of Design Resources, located in Denham Springs.

Joining Harris on the Executive Committee are: Jayne Anderson, Vice Chair, Baton Rouge; Gay Verges, Secretary, Shreveport; Dick Briody, Treasurer, Lemic Insurance Company, Baton Rouge; Charlen Campbell, Legal Counsel, Monroe; and Bill Rigell, Immediate Past Chair, WHR/Jackson, LLC, Baton Rouge.

Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana, the state chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America, is a statewide, nonprofit organization committed to preventing the abuse and neglect of our state's children. PCA Louisiana offers parenting education, prevention programs, public education and advocacy efforts to value children, strengthen families and engage communities.
