Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana together with the St. Tammany Hospital Foundation will be hosting a joint fundraiser to benefit PCA Louisiana and St. Tammany Parish Hospital’s Parenting Center. Carnaval des Enfants is the exciting new fundraiser to be held the evening of Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the exquisite villa of Michael & Allyson Sanderson on the Tchefuncte River. An exclusive Patron Party will kick off the evening beginning at 6:30 p.m., with the main event slated for 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. The evening will capture the old world European Carnaval spirit and will feature Celebrity Chef John Besh at the exclusive Patron Party, exciting music and one-of-a kind entertainment, specialty drinks and more.
