Individual Donors – the lifeblood of nonprofit activities

Did you know that 82% of the nation’s philanthropic dollars comes from individual donors?  Though state contracts, grants and donations from corporations usually provide larger sums for particular projects, donations from individuals across the state have the power to significantly impact child abuse and neglect prevention in our smallest communities.  Your contributions are significant and allow us to continue providing services despite delays in grant reimbursements.

In 2007, PCA Louisiana received the Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations (LANO) Seal of Excellence.

The Standards of Excellence process creates a uniform language for addressing nonprofit organizational excellence and describes how nonprofits should act in regard to ethics, accountability and nonprofit management.
